Patient Comfort and Privacy – Our policy

We take great care to keep our patients comfortable at all times. We know that a lot of people are nervous about visiting a chiropractor for the first time and we take this very seriously.

We are never judgemental and only want to work with you to get the results you want.

Before your appointment sit and flick through the latest magazines in our Reception. If you would like a glass of water please ask our receptionist who will be happy to provide you with one.

A patient toilet is available at the end of the corridor on the left hand side; this is clearly marked.

We have made every effort to sound proof our consulting rooms; these are all equipped with comfortable couches, cooling fans in the summer, and heaters in the winter.

We play the radio in reception to help prevent conversations in consulting rooms from being overheard.

Whilst our Reception is, by necessity, open plan, it is usually possible to find a room which is private. If you would like to talk to the Receptionist here, please ask.

We always take the time to take care of you.

When talking to you on the phone we may ask you to confirm some details this is because our reception staff have been instructed never to use your name in our open class reception in order to preserve your privacy.
